Clique (pronounced “kleek”) is a small, unique group of people that share comparable pursuits or backgrounds. Cliques can type in any setting, from faculties to workplaces to social teams.
Cliques can have each constructive and unfavourable results. On the constructive facet, they’ll present members with a way of belonging and help. Cliques also can assist members to develop their social expertise and be taught new issues. On the unfavourable facet, cliques will be unique and hurtful to those that should not a part of the group. Cliques also can result in battle and division inside a bigger group.
