Gnocchi (pronounced nyoh-kee) is a sort of Italian pasta created from potato, flour, and eggs. It’s usually formed into small, spherical dumplings and will be boiled, fried, or baked.
Gnocchi is a flexible dish that may be served with quite a lot of sauces, together with tomato sauce, pesto, or Alfredo sauce. It’s also a preferred ingredient in soups and stews.
