A silencer, also called a sound suppressor, is a tool that reduces the sound of a firearm by slowing down and cooling the increasing gases produced by the propellant.
Silencers are used for a wide range of functions, together with looking, goal capturing, and legislation enforcement. They are often efficient at lowering the sound of a gunshot by as much as 30 decibels.
